The Mount Troy Ballroom has been in existence for over forty years, exclusively preparing the dinners for our receptions with our own in house staff. We are located in Reserve Township, between the City of Pittsburgh and Ross Township in the North Hills. The Ballroom can be easily accessed from North or South I279, Route 28, Babcock Boulevard, as well as South McKnight Road.
The Ballroom can accommodate from 100 to 300 guests, using six foot round tables for your reception. Complete quality china, silverware, and glassware are used for all buffet or sit down dinners, in conjunction with ivory linen tablecloths and napkins. All necessary tables are also skirted with ivory linen. We use Ballroom style chairs with padded seats covered in a black cloth material. We have very spacious restrooms providing a lounge area for the lady guests off the ladies restroom. The Ballroom facilities are also fully handicapped accessible.
The Ballroom is fully heated and air conditioned for year round comfort conditions. We are equipped with an emergency power system that will allow the reception to continue without interruption in case of a power failure. We also have a large stationary bar, which can accommodate up to four bartenders. We have three beer dispensers that disperse four beers on tap at all times and four soda dispensers that allows our bartenders to give quick and more efficient service for your guests. Large off street parking is available on the premises.
