**** MUST have and pay for a MINIMUM of ONE ( 100 ) ADULTS.
****A MAXIMUM of THREE ( 300 ) HUNDRED PEOPLE using the round tables. Maximum can go as high as four (400) hundred people using banquet style tables.
**** A $750.00 deposit and signed agreement are required upon reserving the date. An additional $750.00 deposit is required 120 days after the original deposit. ALL DEPOSIT AND PRE-PAYMENTS WILL BE CREDITED TO THE FINAL BILL.
**** ALL RECEPTIONS, MENU ITEMS, AND SERVICES are subject to the PA 7% Sales Tax. ONLY a 17% service fee is charged to all events. ALSO, NO TIP GLASSES ARE ALLOWED TO BE VISIBLE OR USED.
**** Reception Package pricing good for ninety days from receipt of packet. Once agreement is signed, per person pricing, deposits, prepayments, and service fee will be locked in place. There are no escalation clauses. All payments can be made by Cash, Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Order. Sorry, No Credit Cards or Credit Card Checks.
**** BAR, MUSIC, AND/OR ENTERTAINMENT WILL STOP AND CLOSE THIRTY ( 30 ) MINUTES PRIOR TO THE RECEPTION ENDING TIME.
**** WE DO NOT provide but can suggest Entertainment, DJ’s, Bands, Florists, Photographers, Videographers, Trolley’s, Limo’s, alcohol, beer, champagne, or wine.
**** It is the renter(s) responsibility to purchase, from our distributor, the beers we have on tap. Special requests will be considered. We will have the beer delivered to the ballroom but, you will have to make a separate check to the beer distributor for the amount of beer we have delivered for your reception.
