ALL RECEPTION PACKAGES ABOVE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
**** The use of the Ballroom and bar.
**** Reception is for SIX-HOURS with main Ballroom doors opening ½ hour before reception beginning time.
**** We provide all the necessary people to service the reception and they are all dressed in TUXEDO ATTIRE.
**** We setup the Ballroom with the appropriate amount of tables and chairs using our standard setups for the amount of people you are having. All tables will be covered with ivory linen tablecloths and all appropriate tables skirted in ivory. Full quality china place settings, silverware, glassware, as well as, linen napkins in the color of your choice, that’s available, will be used for the Buffet and/or Sit Down Dinner. Table numbers and stands are provided for assigned seating, as well as, high chairs and booster seats are available.
**** Candelabra’s and Flute Style Champagne Glasses for the use of the Bridal Party during the toast and dinner will be placed on the Bridal Table. Champagne Glasses also will be provided for the Parents table and guests if necessary.
**** Centerpieces, wishing well or bird cage for your wedding gift card’s and a bridal archway which is placed at the entrance are all provided, but you can still do your own decorating of the tables if you wish.
**** Three Appetizing menus are to choose from. All menus’ can be modified with substitutions and additions with only a possible change in price. Children’s prices are 0 to 3 no charge, 4 to 10 half price.
**** You can bring in your own cookies and we will tray and set them out for your convenience.
**** We include, Buffet Style, a Cheese, Pepperoni, and Cracker Tray with a Vegetable Tray and Ranch Dip as the Hors d’oeuvres.
**** ALL LEFT OVER FOOD is packed up and given to you at the end of the reception.
**** You can bring in your own Wedding Cake and we will cut and serve the cake for desert. We will also wrap the cake with the napkins or containers you provide if you wish.
**** We use 11.5oz pilsner glasses for the beer, 10oz glass tumblers for the mixed drinks, and goblets for the wine. Paper cups are used only for very small children. Bar opens thirty minutes before the reception beginning time, STAYS OPEN DURING DINNER, and closes thirty minutes before the reception ending time giving you SIX HOURS OF UNINTERRUPTED OPEN BAR SERVICE.
**** We furnish all non-alcoholic beverages, which include Pepsi, Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Root Beer, Sierra Mist, Lipton Sweetened Ice Tea, Ginger ale, Soda Water, Tonic Water, Water, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, Tomato Juice, Cream, Sour Mix and Bloody Mary Mix. We also provide lemons, limes, cherries, and olives.
**** We Cleanup when the reception is all over.
